Role Summary/Purpose
This role provides HR leadership to a client group of around 150 engineers in Aviation and Intelligence Platform businesses.
Essential Responsibilities
• Lead key HR processes for the client groups including organization design, talent & capability developments, staffing, Session C, positive employee relations, compensation planning, coaching and performance management etc. • Partner with Business Engineering Leaders to develop short term and long term organization strategy and implement HR initiatives in line with Business, CTC and GGO China • Build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership team and employees to advise both on employee related and organizational matters. • Build a strong talent and leadership pipeline • Provide advice and counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices, ensuring 100% compliance • Be the advocator of all employees • Work closely with global HRMs to ensure local support

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above qualified in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other HR-related disciplines• Proven HR leadership experience in driving organization effectiveness and changes• Clear thinker, able to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to proactively communicate at all levels of an organization, both internal and external• Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change. Project management, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills, along with strong process skills and coaching skills. • High energy level, driven with positive enthusiasm

中心坐落于上海张江高科技园区，占地面积47,000平方米，于2003年5月投入使用，是国内最大的独立外资研发机构之一，也是国内极少数具有基础科学研究能力的企业研发中心。

GE中国研发中心现有研发人员1400多人，60多个拥有世界一流设备的实验室，其研究力量主要集中在以下领域：

• 清洁能源，包括洁净煤、风电、太阳能发电等；
• 水处理与海水淡化；
• 材料科学，包括纳米材料、晶体、陶瓷，材料分析；

GE中国研发中心每年完成100多个研究项目。截至2009年底，GE在中国的研发人员共申请了450余项专利。
