1、供应商管理：根据需要，开发新的供应商，并由质量、技术、形成评估报告整理归档；
2、采购计划与采购事务：根据计划，拟订和执行采购计划，提前做好供应商的筛选工作；监控、跟踪采购计划的执行进度，对异常情况随时做出调整，并及时沟通、上报；
3、审核工作：审核采购员的所有询价、议价结果，并提出再次议价的建议，确定后再上报总经理批复；审核相关部门呈报的采购请求，统筹策划最优采购方案和计划，尽量减少同类别产品多批次采购及采购效率；
4、部门人员管理：负责部门的规划、部门职员考核、培训指导及人员的、转岗、提升、降级等工作；
5、领导要求的其他工作事项
任职资格：
1学历：大专或以上学历，30-40岁；
2专业：相关专业
3工作经验：3年以上电动工具及配件的采购经验；
4知识∕技能：中层管理知识、采购管理知识；
5必备技能：口才、公文写作、交际技能；
6计算机：办公自动化良好，；
7其它要求：极佳的商务谈判能力。
8有优秀外语水平者优先考虑。

Krebs Trading(Ningbo)Co., Ltd - Shanghai branch is the front office for Krebs Trading(Ningbo) Co., Ltd. The Shanghai branch will handle all activities of the company from its modern offices in SOHO Zhongshan plaza,Changning district. It is closed to the inner ring viaduct and Yan’an viaduct, 15mins driving from center of the city, 10mins driving from Hongqiao airport& train station,close to metro station of line 3,4 and 10.

公司福利方面
1.每周做五休二，早上9点至晚上6点，每天工作8小时，其中1小时为午饭时间（午饭饭贴12元/天）。
2.公司为外地城镇户口员工缴纳五险+公积金，外地农村户口员工缴纳3险+公积金。
3.节假日根据国家规定执行放假天数。
