Title: Production Planner

Location, Jiading, Shanghai

1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

• Production Planner is responsible for the execution of defined production schedules for manufacture products. Assists in the planning and preparation of production schedules.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Responsible for production/capacity planning.
• Monitor sufficient production load on each production area.
• Provides support to production scheduling on all material flow issues to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Interfaces with production supervisors and material planners on the planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments.
• Facilitate Short and long term capacity overview for shift planning.
• Facilitate communication between production & logistics for eventual bottlenecks/standstills.
• Inventory control based on production plan fluctuation, push out and pull in schedule of orders.
• Control the change over time between different type of products in production line to meet the output and shipments.
• Make the detail production plan according to the production capacity and material availability.
• Charge the Kanban System, ensure the data be correctly.

• Able to operate computer and key office automation.

• With strong responsibility and positive working attitude.

3. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

• Educational: Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Experience: Above 4 years relevant experience is preferred.
