1. 两年以上拓展培训师或拓展教练工作经验；
2. 大专以上，管理/教育等相关专业毕业优先考虑；
3. 喜爱户外活动，热爱培训事业；
4. 身体健康，富于责任心,敬业精神及团队精神，具有客户服务导向理念及较强的沟通能力（善于观察、倾听和表达）；
5. 自信，具有较强的适应性、影响力以及学习能力；
6. 欢迎大三、大四学生及研究生申请。
