职位要求：
1、中专及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、优秀的应届毕业可考虑，一年以上桌面级软件硬件维护经验，有大型外企Helpdesk工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉计算机硬件及周边外设，动手能力强；
4、熟悉基础计算机网络架构及简单网络设备配置；
5、熟悉HelpDesk工作流程,对客户服务有较好的理解；
6、良好的沟通和团队合作能力；
7、具有餐饮业技术支持经验者佳；
9、学习及应变能力强，吃苦耐劳。

职位职责：
1、对公司软件产品进项售后技术支持工作；
2、对用户提供现场的技术支持，包括软件系统、操作系统、数据库、计算机硬件及网络的综合问题解决；
3、合作伙伴保持沟通和管理；
