岗位职责和内容：

1、负责完成下达的月度市场拓展任务及个人任务指标。

2、全面负责业务区域的日常管理工作。

3、制订业务区域内的市场拓展策略方法和拓展计划（年、季、月）。

4、定期总结工作，并向上级主管提交工作报告。

5、根据市场需求不断调整市场拓展政策，管理制度和拓展计划。

6、领导开展业务区域内市场调查与市场预测、策划等工作。

任职资格:

1、 本科及以上学历,英文读写能力强。

2、3年以上销售管理经验，具有一定的客户资源。有良好的团队管理能力。有一定的IT背景优先。

3、 具有出色的人际沟通能力、团队建设能力、组织开拓能力

4、独立工作能力和团队协调能力；积极主动、性格开朗、讲效率、乐于接受挑战。
