职位描述

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
1. 分析并采取新的战略来对变化中的业务趋势做出反应。
Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends.
2. 对于市场趋势变化作出必要研究以及解读,并明确其对客户会产生的潜在影响。
Study and understand market trends and know how they affect related accounts.
3. 规律性的对于市场以及客户信息数据汇总分析,并制定相关战略以需求可能的业务增长。
Regularly develop and Interpret key data and develop into strategies to achieve possible business growth.
4. 对于业务有可能萎缩的客户进行提前预判,并采取必要行动确保不出现客户以及业务流失。
Proactively identify Accounts whose revenue may be sHuman Resourcesinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained as customers.
5. 与关键客户建立良好以及持久的关系,并随时对于客户反馈进行收集汇总分析,以实现产品的持续改良更新。
Proactively develop good and lasting relationships with key customers and provide related team with customer feedback on product improvements.
6. 协助进行有效分析,以期扩大销售业务空间。
Assist in efficient assortment analysis, Space to Sales, and Cluster development and analysis.
7. 满足客户需求,并且及时有效地解决处理各种客户事件。
Meet specific customer needs, and deal with customer issue effectively and efficiently.
8. 预先对于现有客户进行关于服务需求以及产品使用趋势的战略分析回顾。明确可以满足客户需求的产品,价位以及业务目标。
Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends. Identify products and pricing that meet customer needs and business objectives.
9. 对协助其他部门完成相应工作的及时性和有效性负责;
Assist other departments to accomplish related tasks duly and effectively.
10. 规划并实施年度预算,实现成本控制;
Plan and implement annual budget for the sake of cost control.
11. 对于公司出台的政策以及规定,主动全面的了解,并全力配合。
Lead own team in order to give full cooperation and coordination to all policies and regulations issued by company.
12. 确保销售方针指引与公司策略保持一致。
Ensure Sales leads are only followed in line with the company strategy
13. 在确保利润空间最大化的前提下,提供及时,准确且有竞争力的报价;
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
10. 产生及指导提案并对RFP做出反馈
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
11. 协助出口销售准备报价单以及演示文件;
Assist key account staff in preparation of proposals and presentations.
12. 严格根据SOP流程操作。
Implement SOPs strictly.

INVENTORY OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR POSITION/任职资格
1. 外贸或者相关专业,学士(含)以上学位;
Major in Trade or related field,with bachelor’s degree and above.
2. 3年以上出口销售工作经验;
3 years’ experiences about export
3. 有较强的市场感知能力,敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力;
Having strong appreciation of marketing trends and ability to predict changes
4. 熟练使用电脑以及办公软件;
Be skilled in MS Office software.
5. 具有较好的英语读写能力
Good overall English language skills.
6. 良好的谈判技巧,以及丰富的问题应急处理以及解决方案制定实施能力;
Good negotiating and problem solving skills.
7. 良好的团队协作能力;
Good team member.
