IT Application Support Engineer

Job Description

1. Understand existing IT Application both on business part and IT part

2. Resolve end user queries or problems

3. Train the end users on how to use the Application

4. Analyze the new business requirements and translate into IT requirements

5. Communicate with external or internal developers

6. Test for the new IT Application together with end users

7. Daily maintenance of IT Application, such as applications upgrading, database backup and server maintenance.

Requirement

1. Above 1 years working experience in Application support or software development.

2. Master MS Windows and Linux management

3. Can use batch script to do automatic jobs.

4. Master Oracle or SQL server database, skillfully code SQL statement to extract data.

5. Experiences in application development are preferred.

6. Good communication ability and high responsibility.

7. Basic communication and express ability in English.

8. Retail related system development and support experiences are preferred

IT应用支持工程师

工作职责

1、从业务和IT角度理解现有IT应用。

2、解决最终用户的各种问题。

3、培训用户使用IT应用。

4、分析新的业务需求，编写需求分析文档。

5、协调公司外部和内部开发人员。

6、和用户一起测试新的应用。

7、对公司IT应用进行维护，包括系统升级，数据库备份，服务器管理等。

任职资格

1、 大学本科以上学历, 一年以上应用支持或者软件开发工作经验。

2、 熟悉Windows系统或者Linux系统管理。

3、 能够使用批处理及脚本语言。

4、 熟悉Oracle ,SQL Server数据库，熟练使用SQL语言。

5、 了解常用的软件开发工具，能进行简单开发及修改。

6、 较强的表达和交流能力，责任心强。

7、 基本的英语沟通和表达能力。

8、 有零售行业或者财务系统开发和支持经验者优先。
