职位描述

Specific tasks include:
- Support to develop and execute content calendar for SNS platform including Website,Weibo and WeChat based on campaign/marketing plan.

(Including daily maintain work)
- Assist in executing all digital activities
- Budget, timeline, production quality control on project basis.Coordinate and work with agency to ensure execution plan is smoothly
- Handle incoming customer correspondence and emails
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback to relative parties to further enhance overall service
- Liaise with different parties to resolve customer requests
- Generate and check all customer related letters
- Provide customer supports according to business development and company guidelines
- Execute customer requests in relative system according to compliance requirements
- Assist to develop and prepare various management reports
- Optimize all related working procedures, discuss with inter-department colleagues to work out a win
- Provide high quality of service through inbound and outbound calls (including front end collection call) in achieving the company preset KPIs
- Accomplish all other works assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing , online advertising or new media operations
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- Previous experience with media in China-in-depth understanding of lifestyle/retail inspired media in China is preferred
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in E-Commerce, Marketing or New Media marketing or related field
- Excellent in Mandarin Chinese & English
- Knowledgeable about China FMCG sector
- Data Analytic
- Strong knowledge in online-shopping platform, social media, SME, etc.
- Knowledge of CRM
- Active and keen user of the internet, various social media and online forums
- Good conceptual understanding of brand building & usage of PR as a communications tool
- Able to multi-task and attention to detail. And could work under pressure.
- Team player with inspirational attitude / Patience & Passion with Proactive nature
Open-mindedness
- Effective in time management and plan execution
