职位描述

Specific tasks include:
- Assist line manager to develop brand digital communication strategy
? “Big idea” development and digital execution planning
? Digital consumer insights identification specific to target consumer segment that are to communicated through campaign and messaging by segment
? Content strategy and recommendations on off digital channels (paid, owned, and earned)
? Planning user journey and levels of consumer engagement based on needs identified by segment
? Campaign planning and management
- Work with digital agency on Media strategy execution and optimization
? Planning media strategy to support delivery of qualified traffic to online campaign
? Deployment and management of digital media assets included but not limited to rich media display assets, content partnerships, and social media initiatives (eg: blogger management, i WOM, BBS etc)
? Optimization of content and media assets on online channels based on performance reporting provided by digital agency
- Performance monitoring and reporting
? Review performance report and work out practical and insightful solution plan
Qualifications:
- Min 3 years experience in digital/digital media marketing
- Strong communication skills with different teams
- With experience digital or media agency is preferable
- With solid digital marketing stills (Eg: on paid, owned, and earned media, search engine marketing)
- Experienced understanding of brand marketing as preferred
- With strong data analysis ability
- Hard-working, team work ability
- Energetic, out-going, open-minded, passionate for spirit industry and digital marketing
