DEPARTMENT: Technology Infrastructure
LOCATION: Shanghai
DESCRIPTION
Client infra team is comprised of a dedicated group of professionals who develop and ensure the integrity of client service, including mass software delivery, vulnerability/threaten management, server base computing, automation and technical innovation. The team maintains a farm of 10000+ clients with backend infrastructure for Citi China.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Provide superior support on client infrastructure covers
Thick client (Win7 with HP Client Automation)
Thin client (Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp 6.5 with EMC NAS)
Secure configuration (McAfee VirusScan and internal group policy)
Innovation (Mac OSX and IOS with Airwatch)
2.Work with global team for horizontal/vertical application delivery
3.Market and deliver new products and services of CTI to end-user
4.Act as desktop expert to investigate incidents escalated from Tier-1 and Tier-2 team.
5.Identify and control the risks on desktop management platform, make improvement plan through process control manual.
6.Bridge well global team on China business development and local environment esp. regulatory requirement.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1.2+ years of relevant experience.
2.Expert knowledge of Windows, Windows Client knowledge from MCITP is preferred.
3.Strong troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Sysinternal tools.
4.Good scripting skill to minimize manual effort. Batch command or vbs is mandatory.
5.Experience of mass software deployment and product is a plus.
6.Experience of working under globalization operational model. Strong communication skills to manage the deliverable from global team.
7.Good adaptive ability and self-learning skill
8.Passion on new technology and industry trend.
9.A result oriented person with willing to work at non-standard hour.
