Duties & Responsibilities (The working location is: lujiazui Citi Tower)

1.Working in Wintel daily operation team
2.Working independently on Wintel server (Win-based OS system) and Datacenter daily operation
·Conduct virtual operation (remote) model to provide 3rd level support on multi-site server management and heterogeneous workstations, which is including server administration, monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution on Wintel system (Windows, Intel machine)
·Follow policies and procedures for infrastructure administration and problem resolution
·Server farm optimization and integration
·Backup system (VERITAS NBU) management, maintenance and troubleshooting
·Storage system (EMC) management, maintenance and troubleshooting
·Wintel and Backup capacity analysis and planning
3.Support project implementation including vendor management, documentation and handover
4.Wintel compliance activity

Skills Required (Please refer to the skill assessment worksheet for details)

Given the goals for this position, candidates must have technology expertise on:

1.IT or engineering related university degree
2.Solid Microsoft Win-based knowledge and practical working experience
3.Solid Backup knowledge for various platform, especially on Symantec NBU
4.3-5 years working experience for a daily operation on medium or large environment:
5.Experience on systems monitoring/management tools
6.Experience on project implementation
7.Good English, both oral and written
