职位描述

On-Site Service Desk Agent Responsibilities


?Answering incoming Calls / Chats / Emails in Chinese and English language (incoming calls from end users and assisting with the questions / problem queries).
?Acting as first point of contact for all IT infrastructure needs.
?At least 3 months of telephone support / customer service support, Knowledge of computers, internet is a must.
?Candidate must be able to communicate in written Chinese and English and comprehend verbal conversations in Chinese and English. (CRM and KB are in Chinese and English).
?Any exposure to the technical support will be an added advantage.
?Knowledge of or certification on ITIL basics will be an added advantage.
?Any other technical certifications on Windows / Networking will be an added advantage.

Tech Skills


?Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary.
?Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.
?Hands-on work experience with the following:
?Windows Operating systems
?Clients: Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, MS Office suites
?Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server
?ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center
?User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
?Remote desktop connectivity applications like WebEx, Lync, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools.
?MS Office Suite (XP, 2003, 2007, 2010): MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook,
?Internet browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer),
?VPN and remote dial-in users
?Support for laptop, desktops, and printers
?Others: Adobe Acrobat and other common desktop applications like Winzip, etc


Degree and Experience

?Graduate with IT Degree (Non-Engineering)/MCP/CCNA/MCSE
?3-4 yrs of University education post High school (B.Sc. or Diploma)
?1-2 yrs diploma in Information Technology. Preferred MCP/MSCE/MSCA/MCITP.
?2 years help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
