职位描述
Proactive communicate with customer or respond to customer inquiries via email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Mandarin and Cantonese.
1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer's inquiry in time
2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Mandarin or Cantonese.
3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.
4. Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.
5. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool.
6. Perform related duties as assigned.
