职位描述
Job Requirements:
1. To be a key member of APAC self-help service project team and undertake relevant work when needed, including but not limited to:
Self-help system deployment and maintenance.
o Web site online documents
o CS Knowledge base management
o Customer impact/benefit insight
2. Work with managers, product management, project management to ensure that the system is user-friendly, content is accurate, audience-specific and grammatically correct.
3. Monitor the delivery of content and quickly escalate to resolve any issues. Identify processes and execute flawlessly communicate both horizontally and vertically.
4. When assigned, also work as a project specialist in APAC wide projects/initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
1 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Outstanding writing and linguistic skills. Fluent English is a must.
2. 3+ years of customer service or related experience required. E-Commerce experience preferred.
3. Professional writing or marketing communications background strongly preferred. Fluent Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese and exceptional English writing skills is a must.
4. Ability to learn and adapt to new products or technologies or policies.
5. Translation and web designer experience strongly preferred.
6. Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs and HTML coding skills. Audio/video editing skills preferred.
7. Data analytical skills/experience preferred.
8. A good team player.
