Primary Role:
？ Support the Design Director of creative development throughout all phases of new project development process for major attractions and projects for Sanderson Group within China.
？ Provide design expertise and design services in support of the creative development process for assigned major attractions and small design projects.
？ Provide artistic direction for both projects in development and on site during construction as assigned.
？ Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to evolve creative concepts and advance the schematic and design development process.
？ Foster positive relationships with park design & engineering and theming management staff to ensure design standards are delivered consistently during the execution of all projects.
主要任务：
？ 协助创意开发设计总监，全程负责新道信集团中国新项目的创意开发设计
？ 提供专业的设计知识和服务，进行所负责全部大、小项目的创意开发设计
？ 对所负责的开发项目和在建项目制订设计方针
？ 管理和协调项目相关人员，开展创意开发的概念方案设计、深化设计、扩初设计
？ 与主题公园设计、工程、管理等各部门人员维持良好关系，以确保所有项目都能按照设计标准和规范施工

Scope:
？ Position is responsible for the execution of creative design solutions to support the development of major new attractions, and theme park projects throughout China.
？ Position is accountable for strict adherence to established project budgets & schedules.
职责范围：
？ 该职位负责创意设计，以协助新的大型娱乐项目和主题公园项目在中国的开发
？ 该职位负责严格控制项目成本和项目进度

Position Requirements:
？ Must have a bachelor’s degree in architecture, graphic design, industrial design, interior design, planning, theater design, or other related design discipline.
？ Have a minimum 5+ years experience in a professional design environment and management with a primary focus on thematic and/or architectural design solutions for theme parks or related industries.
？ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
？ Must be highly skilled in multiple design disciplines and creative problem solving.
？ Must be technically proficient in the use of current industry software including AutoCAD, Adobe Ps, Illustrator, and In Design.
？ Must be skilled in photo-composite illustration, presentation design, and art direction.
？ Possess the ability to effectively lead a diverse group of design professionals and flourish in a team environment.
？ Possess the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
？ Fluent English communication.

？ 大学本科及以上学历，建筑设计、平面设计、工业设计、室内装潢设计、规划设计、剧场设计或相关设计学科专业
？ 5年以上主题公园或相关行业的主题和/或建筑专业设计及管理工作经验
？ 具有良好的口头和书面沟通技巧
？ 熟悉多种类型的设计和问题解决方法
？ 熟练使用行业软件，包括AutoCAD、PS、Illustrator、In Design
？ 擅长图形处理、汇报文本设计、艺术指导
？ 能够领导不同专业水平的设计师有效地进行团队合作
？ 能够同时处理多个任务和管理多个项目
？ 英语流利
