Job Responsibilities & Key Functions / 主要工作职责
"1. Develop and drive localization work on casting and casting machining parts, or some other commodity assigned by supervisor when necesarry according to annual localization plan;
2. Understand the technical & quality requirements of casting & casting machining parts and clarify to suppliers, organize technical discussion with internal team and supplier before FAO;
3. Quote, evaluate quotation, analyze cost and select right supplier;
4. Drive First Article process with suppliers and Quality team; Changing SAP data base setting for localized parts;
5. Auditing and developing suppliers with supplier development engineer and quality to develop strong supplier base;
6. Commercial negotiations with supplier including contract, business terms e.g. lead time, term of payment, cost down;
7. Report performance on a regular basis by projects; Other task assigned by supervisior when necessary;

Main Specifications (skills and experiences required) / 岗位要求
"
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent ( Major in casting is preferred )
2. 5 years working experienc of purchasing, at least 3 years of sourcing experience in casting machining, be familar with casting and casting machining parts manufacutring;
3. Has experience of project management and quality management system is preferred;
4. Good command of English is preferred, be good at office/ ERP ( e.g. SAP is preferred) software;
5. Strong commercial and negotiation skill needed to satisify business demand;
6. Manufacturing, R&D, quality experience is appreciated."
