Responsibilities：

1. Coordination of customer projects in order to meet technical requirements, cost and project schedule

2. Support of COO and head quarter Switzerland in order to meet time line and financial targets of customer project

3. Monitoring and reporting customer projects to Management of GSS Shanghai, head quarter and to customers

4. Supporting DCC – documentation control center

5. Support of Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) and Sourcing in quality improvement programs for suppliers and internal organization

6. Work closely with Purchasing, Operations and Quality Control to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may affect quality and delivery requirements

7. Handling customer quality claims

8. Build up lean assembly structure and material flow for customer projects

9. Support QC for sample inspection and create sample inspection reports for customers

10. Support technical Director and deputy responsibility

11. Supporting calculation process (pre- and post-calculations)

12. Travel to supplier's location and customer

13. Continuously improvement of internal processes

14. Deputy of COO

Requirements：

1. Education: mechanical education in a German speaking country (apprenticeship)

2. Strong project management skills and experience

3. 5+ year experience in manufacturing, assembly or similar practices

4. Familiar with interpretation of engineering drawings / specifications, and manufacturing process

5. Analytical and problem solving skills

6. Good German and/or English language skills, native Chinese

7. Computer skill: Office software suit, Internet desktop research

8. Self organized, team player, personal integrity, target oriented, used to work under certain pressure.

工作时间：做五休二， 周末双休，8:00-16:30
