Responsibilities:
* Supports china factories commodity strategies by identifying sources and sourcing materials to meet company cost/quality/delivery objectives.
开发采购资源，采购符合公司成本/质量/交货期目标的材料，以此来支持中国工厂的产品策略。
* Conducts strategic contract negotiations and establishes purchasing agreements against which the plants will release specific program requirements
与供应商进行策略性合同谈判，并根据工厂的要求订立采购协议。
* Provides sourcing support for all New Product Introduction (NPI) requests;
为所有的新产品导入（NPI）要求提供采购支持。
* Develops plans to meet annual cost reduction targets;
制定符合年度成本降低目标的计划。
* Continually looks for continuous process improvements within the procurement function to maximize ordering efficiency, optimize communication and maintain data integrity
不断提高改善采购流程，使采购效率最大化，优化沟通和维护数据完整性。
* Work closely with vendor on both process improvement and quality problems.
帮助供应商进行流程和质量改善。


Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree, - Engineering or Business Management with a minimum of 3 years experience in Strategic Sourcing in a manufacturing company;
本科学历，工程、电子或经济管理专业，3年以上制造行业策略采购经验
* Self-motivator who works effectively in team or independent work environments;

* Ability to identify and implement cost savings and process improvements
