Principal Accountabilities

* Be responsible for manufacture and process deployment, assisting his/her superior in the automated system pre-study, manages/performs deployment studies, coordinates the execution and implementation of feasibility study, Mechanical design, equipment modification/upgrade installation and commissioning till to buy-off.

* Problem solving, project controlling, contractor management and coordinate among different departments.

* Filing internal and external documents according to Michelin quality system requirements.

Key Qualities Required

* Good knowledge of mechanical design and industrial engineering layout, plus necessary safety knowledge to design a machine or system.

* Good project management and coordination ability; Can manage his/her project team to respect time, cost and quality requirements.

* Initiative, Open mind, good team work spirit, and good communication skills. Customer focus spirit is necessary.

* Experience in machine deployment and industrialization

* Native Mandarin, fluent English in oral, writing and listening.

* Well-versed in MS Office and be able to use Auto-CAD.

Qualifications

* Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design and manufacture, English communication should be good enough to handle daily business.

* More than 5 years’ experience in engineering and more than 5 years in MNC. Rubber industry background will be plus, especially in tire curing or assembly.
