Localization Manager 本地化制作经理(Shanghai, China) ：
1. The Localization Manager is responsible for managing the localization departments to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effective delivery of client projects. 负责本地化制作团队的全面统筹管理，确保项目的质量，交付，以及成本的有效控制。
2. The Localization Manager leads the implementation of best practices and initiates ongoing process improvements by defining and tracking quality metrics. 负责本地化项目制作流程监督，设定质量标准体系。
3. The Localization Manager works closely with production teams to deliver professional localization service and continuous improvement of processes, and technology. 负责领导制作团队持续不断为客户提供专业化服务，完善操作流程及技术更新。
4. The Localization Manger provides technical support to sales teams for maintain and develop business. 负责为销售团队维护和开发业务提供专业支持。
Requirements 职位要求：
1. 5+ years experience managing localization teams, preferably at a large international localization and translation company; 5年以上本地化团队管理经验，具备大型本地化制作公司或翻译公司经验者为佳。
2. Knowledge of CAT tools (Trados) and other programs frequently used in the translation and localization process (FrameMaker, In-Design, etc); 具备本地化产品制作专业技术知识。
3. Perfect command of English and Chinese (written and spoken); 熟练使用中英文。
4. University degree; 大学本科以上学历。
5. Be a good team leader and team player; 良好的团队领导力及协作力。
6. Strong problem solving skills;，良好的问题解决能力。
