Responsibilities:
？Be responsible for the development & growth of the offshore market in China 
？Assist in preparation of Offshore Sales Budgets
？Develop & implement plans to improve position with Chinese Owners and Engineering companies involved in the offshore market, coordinating with the PC China Direct & Engineering sales teams
？Work with PC China & Marine China to improve market share in the drilling sector
？Develop & maintain project list and communicate project updates to account managers for construction facilities
？Coordinate selling activities for defined major projects using the PC Selling Process, ensuring we have a common position on these projects for owners covering Marine Yards and PC Offshore Fabrication facilities
？Be point contact for WW KAM and Owner Associates
？Represent China on WW Offshore FMG groups, and coordinate market requirements for input to meetings. Communicate output from meetings to stakeholders
？Be lead for Chartek in Offshore Market
？Coordinate technical requirements with relevant RD&I personnel in M&PC
？Coordinate Commercial, Pricing, Guarantee and PC05 requirements with relevant sales and support teams

Requirements:
Experience
？Minimum 5 years experience in Heavy Industry Market - PC or Marine Knowledge/Skills
？Strong communicator and willingness to question
？Good influencing, networking and negotiation skills
？Good technical understanding
？Ability to work with diverse teams and functions
？Project management experience
？Solid financial reporting and analysis skills
？Ability to develop technical awareness of products
？Fluent in both English and Mandarin as a minimum
Education/Certificates/Licences/Registration required
？Degree qualified in a Business or Technical discipline.
？Further qualifications (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous but not essential
