岗位职责：
1、现场指导和实施电话、网络的布线，为客户安装、调试公司产品，组装配置客户的电脑及相关设备；
2、对客户进行软硬件使用的培训以及初次安装使用的综合调试；
3、远程或到现场帮助客户进行软件、硬件和网络的维护；
4、维护公司内部电脑、电话、网络以及办公设备；
5、有效管理部门库存以及工作环境维护；
6、公司、部门安排其他临时性任务。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，计算机相关专业，一年以上售后技术维护经验；
2、熟悉Windows系统及相关配置，熟悉组策略和注册表的使用；
3、熟悉电脑硬件组装、软件及系统安装，对系统、软硬件安全的维护有一定了解；
4、对网络维护和管理有基础了解，熟悉VNC使用及TCP/IP协议以及相关设置，有网络布线工程实践经验者优先；
5、有良好的表达沟通能力，工作细致认真，要求高度责任心及优秀的执行力，能在一定压力下工作。
