ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for intercompany accounting for legal entity Japan & Korea
Book manual journal entry and reconcile intercompany accounts with counterparts at each closing
Follow up and resolve any issues / disconnections with inter-company affiliates
Check GR status and arrange intercompany payment to all inter-company affiliates, apply cash in time
Prepare aging report weekly for Japan & follow up with long aged items
Perform account reconciliation and prepare intercompany cash forecast monthly
Prepare for Japan balance sheet review, related party & footnotes template quarterly
Support internal and external audit for DTDF（Due To Due From) related inquiry


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in Accounting / Finance
Good command of English and fluent in Mandarin
Team Player, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle disconnection with long-distance counterparty
Be responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, careful, with can-do attitude
Proactive, excellent problem solving skills, enjoy challenge, willing to drive / accept change
