Position overview
The ideal candidate will be located at the China Technology Center or at the Nantong plant. He/she will work with Sales, Marketing, Process Technology, Sourcing and other NT Plant teams. The ADE will have own responsibilities to provide technical answers to those technical questions and inquiries from customers and cooperate with the Process Technology Team to jointly drive low cost portfolio development using China raw materials.

Job Responsibilities

Lab work to prepare test data to promote MPM products;
Technical support at customers lab or manufacturing line to provide solutions by using MPM products;
Customer visit with sales team to have technical discussion with engineers and R&D researchers;
Test China raw materials for low cost NPI. Co-work with process technology & sourcing to develop low cost portfolio targeting emerging countries.



Required skills and education

Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, preferably polymer or organic chemistry required, Master preferred;
Ideally, 3 -10 year work experience in an E&E related chemical company;
Understand technical language used by researchers and engineers in electronics and automotive industries;
Experience in developing and implementing product & process solutions at customers;
Must have laboratory work experience;
Communication in English;
Prepared to travel occasionally;
Understanding Six Sigma and Design of Experimental (DOE);
Logical thinking to derive conclusion based on the test results;
Interest/understanding of global business processes.
