Responsibilities:

1.Complete a certain amount of recruitment tasks on time, independently handle the positions he/she is in charge of.

定期完成量化的招聘工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的招聘任务；

2.Responsible for the recruitment of engineer(Electrical, mechanical engineering, etc) positions.

负责对工程师（电气、机械工程等方面）的招聘工作；

3. Implement the recruitment work, modify the job description(the format, the wording, etc), post positions on job portals, screen resumes, make search on internet, tele-interview, interview candidates and make assessment, provide interview report.

实施招聘工作，完善所负责职位的职位说明（包括但不限于格式，具体描述等），在招聘网站发布职位，进行简历筛选、网络搜索、电话面试，面试并评估候选人，提供面试报告；

4. Update recruiting progress related form timely.

及时更新招聘进度相关表格；

Requirement:

1. 2 years or above related work experience.

二年或以上相关工作经验；

2. Know well recruitment process, all kinds of recruitment tools, measures and channels. Good recruitment skills, experience in engineer recruitment is preferred.

熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具、手段和渠道，丰富的招聘经验及技巧，有工程师招聘经验的相关人员优先考虑；

3. Good professional ethics, down-to-earth, work with care and strong sense of responsibility.

具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强；

4. Good communication and coordination ability, strong team spirit.

有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神；

5. Skilled in office related software.

熟练使用相关办公软件。

6. Able to communicate in oral English.

能够用英语交流。

This position signs 3rd party 13-month contract, competitive salary will be paid to qualified candidates.
