Responsibilities
The Conveyor Systems business unit designs and builds customerspecific material flow solutions based on highly flexible electrified monorail systems (EMS) and electrified floor track systems (EFTS). As a Project Manager your duties will include:
? Allover responsibility for the management of projects including deadlines, budgeting, resources and customer satisfaction
? Defining project organization and timelines as well as creating work instructions
? Assignment of responsibilities in close collaboration with all project stakeholders as well as regular monitoring, checking and analysis of progress
? Coordinating internal teams and sub-contractors involved in the project
? Recognizing and resolving issues and problems during the project as well as verifying the achievement of milestones throughout the project
? Identifying and assessing risk as well as introducing and monitoring corrective actions and solutions
? Maintaining ongoing communication with the customer and acting as a link between the customer and internal departments involved in the project
? Creating and presenting (status) reports and documentations, both internally and to the customer

Qualification:
? Successfully completed university degree in industrial engineering, automation, engineering, conveyor technology or logistics
? 5+ years’ professional experience, at least 3 years in project management, background in multi-national companies is preferred
? High technical affinity
? Self contained working style with a high degree of personal responsibility as well as capability to work under pressure, flexibility and goal orientation
? Willingness to travel internationally
? Very good command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial
