? Responsible for the supplier process audit or system audit according to the ISO9000 standard, follow up the corrective action and preventive action based on the audit result.
? Develop the improvement projects at key suppliers to improve supplier overall performance, give appropriate training to supplier.
? Analyze and follow up suppliers' quality issue raised by assembly line or incoming inspection, to develop improvement and preventive actions and monitor the implementation by 8D report.
? To develop the new supplier together with sourcing engineer and R&D engineer.
? Initiate the check plan for the new projects, give training to IQC inspectors.
? Periodical review with suppliers on the PPM target and delivery performance.
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

? Bachelor's Degree or above.
? Above 3 years supplier quality management experience in the manufacture industry.
? Good knowledge in ISO9000 quality system, and be proficient in tools of quality control.
? Strong team player with high levels of integrity, energy and enthusiasm.
? Mastery in reading-English and computer application (MS software).
? Good communication and cooperating skill.
? Willing to travel up to 30% of time.
? Driver license is preferred.
