As a project Manager-Investment&Consulting,your primary responsibility is to manage engagement teams in the design,execution and delivery of research and analysis that facilitate higher confidence strategic business decisions for both internal and external clients.Successful applicants will be based in our Shanghai office and would be involved in projiects that provide strategic suggestions for both internal clients(management)and external clients who have the need in business solutions such as market strategy,investment,etc.Responsibilities:1.Develop/refline scope of engagement,scheduling,budget,and client deliverables2.Drive staff performance to successful completion of enagement3.Guide the development of analysis.appraisal and recommendations oral presentations,and all supporting documentation4.Lead the internal discussion of identifying,opportunities and giving strategic suggestions based on the management consulting mindset5.Conduct select primary interviews to obtain critical insights and information6.Serve as key client liaison throughout duration of assingment 7.Support business development efforts by maintaining client relationships,and assisting in proposal development and internal planning activities Qualifications:1.Specific experience in consulting (and/or market research),project management and the experienc in investment(e.g.M&A,IPO,etc.)is strongly preferred2.Analytical,communication,presentation and facilitation skills will be refined and highly effective for purpose of team leadership ,client work sessions and client presentions3.Proven ability to manage ,mentor and motivate in a team environment to achieve results that meet or exceed client expectations4.Qualified candidates will bave a University degree.(MBA or advanced degree advantageous)5.At least 5 years of experience in industry and a consulting or market research environment
