主要工作职责：

1、负责客户的接待、咨询工作，为顾客提供优质的置业咨询服务；
2、了解客户需求，提供合适房源，进行商务谈判；
3、租赁、买卖的成交，合同签订、收佣、交房、售后服务；

4、重点成交二手房买卖、月租金1万以上的租赁标地；
5、 负责公司房源开发与积累，并与业主建立良好的业务协作关系。

任职要求：
1、工作责任心强，有相关工作经验优先录用；
2、良好的沟通与协调能力，能适应高压环境下工作；
3、服务意识强，优秀的学习能力与分析能力。
