主要工作职责：

1、业务基础量带头完成，业绩指标超额完成；

2、每天工作例会组织召开，记录，每天向店长汇报会议记要。；

3、业务同仁的激励，团队工作氛围的引领者；

4、组别工作纪律监督、业务纠纷的协调者；

5、租赁、买卖的成交，合同签订、收佣、交房、售后工作的过程管理；

6、重点成交二手房买卖、月租金1万以上的租赁标地；
7、 负责公司房源开发与积累，并与业主建立良好的业务协作关系。

任职要求：
1、有房地产行业稳定的业绩工作经验；
2、良好的英语听说能力；
3、具备优良的沟通能力；
4、思维敏捷，对房产行业有较浓厚的兴趣；

5、具备良好的业务承压能力，团队协作能力强；

6、积极培养并激励下属，对团队成员进行指导与支持。
