岗位职责：
1.推广公司产品, 为客户提供及时有效的技术支持: 帮助客户和代理商解决产品测试、应用过程中发生的技术问题，当客户遇到问题时，作为公司和客户之间的沟通窗口；
2.跟踪新客户新项目需求，负责向客户提供技术及设计支持以完成Design-in/Win;
3.与公司研发部门沟通，根据客户的要求提供适合的方案;
4.负责技术资源管理，包括售前及售后的设计支持；
5.参与相关IC的产品验证、应用问题分析, 参与撰写和检查相关IC的应用技术文档；
6.协助芯片设计工程师进行相关IC的DEMO方案及应用方案的调试和优化;
7.收集、掌握主流竟争对手产品性能，给出对手产品与公司产品的优劣势分析报告;
8.协助准备产品推广所需材料, 对市场销售人员和分销商现场应用工程师进行培训

岗位要求：
1. 微电子、电子、通信或相关专业本科以上学历，具4年或以上IC产品应用和技术支持经验；
2. 熟悉半导体芯片行业和电子产品市场， 熟悉芯片和系统产品设计流程；
3. 能够熟练使用Protel，PADS或AD等软件设计原理图和PCB
4. 熟练使用各种测试仪器，有较强的动手调试能力，熟悉各种电子元器件的规格及应用，有电路失效分析经验，较强的解决故障问题的经验和能力；
5. 熟悉Altera,Xilinx系列FPGA及CPLD产品，有视频产品设计经验者优先考虑，
6. 有良好的文档编写能力和习惯及良好的沟通能力,表达能力
7. 责任心强，善于沟通，注重团队协作，较强的学习能力和钻研精神;
