Responsibilities:
工作职责:

1. To analyze the existing and potential customer base, industry trends and competition situation, and successfully promote Swisslog solutions and products in China by working with marketing & sales team and agencies
1. 分析现有的潜在客户,行业趋势和竞争情况,通过与代理的合作或直接在市场上推广公司产品

2. To execute practical business development plans to screen, differentiate, and dig into the market and ensure it its execution
2. 制定销售工作计划,深入市场并负责销售计划的实行

3. To conduct customer visits/presentations, proactively educate and guide customers, and generate qualified leads that will lead to orders, through various types of channels
3. 定期拜访客户,积极向客户推广说明公司的产品,通过各种渠道收集潜在客户信息

4. To systematically analyze sales project opportunities, timely report on progress and situations, precisely identify the key stages and key persons, and provide feasible proposals for management decision
4. 分析销售机会,及时汇报销售进展,准备可行的销售方案

5. To provide realistic estimations for project O/I volume and potential O/I date and execute all required actions to close deals on time
5. 提供可靠的销售量估计,实现销售目标

6. To create trust and strong relationship at all levels in the customer organization, such as but not limited to, decision makers, top management, project team etc., to get deal done
6. 发展和维护稳定的客户关系,与客户网的各个层面保持沟通

7. To timely submit reports/documents/proposals and update information with high quality
7. 按要求准确完成销售报告



Requirements:
职位要求:

1. Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in pharmacy or medicine
1. 本科以上学历,药学或医学相关专业优先考虑

2. 5 years experience in pharmaceutical or medicine related business, preferably with experience dealing with high-end hospital customers
2. 五年以上医药产品销售经理,有大型医院相关销售经验尤佳

3. Strong marketing sense and business acumen
3. 良好的市场意识和销售敏锐度

4. Strong sociability and networking skills, ability to make and maintain contact from middle level to upper management of the prospective client
4. 优秀销售技巧,能够与客户的中高层决策人员保持良好的关系

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present Swisslog in a professional manner
5. 优秀的沟通说明能力,能够以清晰专业的方式说明公司产品

6. A self-starter and good team player able to work effectively under high pressure and within tight schedule
6. 工作积极主动,良好的团队合作能力,能在压力之下工作

7. Willing and flexible to travel extensively on short notice
7. 愿意根据工作需要出差
