Position: Test Project Manager

Job Summary:
Executes the software testing for complex projects, meeting the key stakeholders’ expectation within the defined test roadmap and processes across the Consumer International Technology organization and across Citi.

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform estimation of the test effort, plan Test Requirement discussion and review sessions
· Document Test Requirement in Test Director according to Test Team’s Process and Standard
· Plan Test Case Design schedule and review sessions according to Project schedule
· Identify and apply the appropriate test case design methodologies, philosophies and techniques
· Write clear, concise and accurate Test Case, including test variations, test conditions, expected results and test data
· Create a test coverage matrix and perform exception and matrix analysis to determine coverage Use this test coverage matrix to determine defect verification, area tests, and regression tests
· Assign test engineer to the respective business-functional areas in a project
· Monitor and track test execution activities of business-functional areas in charge
· Identify Project risk to Test Leader and Test Manager
· Develop automated Test Scripts / Scenarios – for testing automation applicants
· Execution and validation of automation test scripts – for testing automation applicants

Requirements:

· BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Finance or equivalent
· Above 8 years working experience, minimum 5 years experience in software testing
· Knowledge of consumer bank operations, covering Retail Bank including investment, asset and liability products or Card applications or internet/self-assisted channels
· Knowledge of QA and SDLC development methodologies
· Have the ability to work with minimum supervision to generate test plans and test cases
· Knowledge of Tools like Quality Center
· Experience of Mercury Quality Center or test management tools
· Able to communicate effectively in English with worldwide team members
· Prior experience of working on an offshore model is a plus
