Position Objective:
To support CTI China department through managing top level metrics and service of ITSA oversight, regulatory measurement reporting, and CTI internal reporting & business analyzing; assist key initiatives driven by CTI China head; events (e.g. staff meeting, VOE activities) communication and coordination.

Principal Responsibilities:
? Run Citi China ITIL based IT Service Assurance program. Ensure the IT service delivery in a continuous improvement on service availability/reliability, resiliency, and quality framework; coordinate with each platform to generate the service quality reporting, develop the remediation plan and track the status.
? Collect the information from various channels and deliver the regulatory reporting upon the requirement from regulators; participate in regulatory inspection and act as liaison, as required.
? Assist CTI China Head on strategy development, critical activity planning / execution, communication / publication and mgmt. reporting; partner with the cross-functional teams supporting the business to optimize business results
? Collect and review relevant data to prepare monthly / annual CTI China performance reporting to management team; collect and review relevant data to prepare ad-hoc reports, metrics, and presentations; manage ad-hoc analytical request and coordinate efforts in the analysis and generation of detailed management information reporting.
? Assist CTI China head to prepare and coordinate CTI in-country events, e.g. VOE, staff meetings.

Qualification & Experience required:
? Bachelor’s Degree.
? 3-5+ years working experience.
? Experience in compiling, analyzing, and reporting data and information.
? Ability to plan and organize an approach to work, demonstrating motivation and drive, and determination to achieve goals.
? Finance knowledge and working experience is an extra predominance.
? Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement of outputs.
? Strong process, and business focus.
? High level of proficiency with all MS Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
? Sense on QA and information security.
? Teamwork and hardworking, available for OT.
? Sound English both in oral and written.
