Responsibilities:
- Compute and design universal drive motor and commercial vacumm motor structure according to customer’s requirements and related regulations.
- Meet suppliers and qualify capability of suppliers
- Direct interface with customer for solution discussion
- Work with cross function team to achieve success of projects
- On site samples building and On site test
- Identify criteria and set reasonable specification for material and product
