工作职责：

1、负责单项招标计划的编制，包括招标小组的审批、资格预审的审批、组织考察、入围单位的审批、招标文件及评标办法的审批、发标、回标、询标、定标、合同签订等。

2、组织评标小组进行供应商的资质预审、考察评估，负责相关事务性表单的流转工作；

3、汇总工程部的技术内容、成本部的商务内容编制招标文件/合同文件、拟定评标办法，负责相关事务性表单的流转工作；

4、组织整个招标过程，参与发标、踏勘、答疑、接标、开标、评标、询标、必要的商务标谈判等工作，负责过程中事务性表单的流转工作；

5、负责草拟合同初稿；发起合同流转程序；按照审核/审批意见拟定合同终稿；

6、建立并维护《供应商信息库》、《可试用供应商名录》和《不合格供应商名录》；

7、对采购资料进行整理归档、并记录好相关台账。

任职要求：

1、具有工民建、工程造价等相关专业全日制本科以上学历；

2、有五年以上施工单位及大型房产公司采购合约管理工作经验，需具备高档公共建筑（五星级酒店、写字搂、商业）项目工作经验；

3、可以独立完成单项采购工作的组织、协调工作；

4、对房地产涉及供应商有一定储备。

the bund finance center is a mixed used complex landmark in the city which includes family wealth management office & corporate headquarters, museum & concept stores for international brands, luxury shopping mall, boutique hotel and arts & cultural center and gathers economic, commercial, travel, arts & cultural.
the gross floor area of bfc is 420,000 square meters approximately, comprises of two international grade a office buildings with 180 meters high and luxury shopping mall with 190,000 and 90,000 square meters respectively, together with a boutique hotel about 30,000 square meters. arts & cultural center has an area of about 10,000 square meters. the whole project has been awarded the leed gold pre-certification and a three star green certificate.
