Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for internal audit execution;

a) To plan for and anticipate issues which may arise from planned internal audits

b) Monitor and control compliance of all statutory regulations,
internal policies and procedures and report on this compliance timely

c) Follow up on all internal audit issues to ensure disclosure within the required timeline

2. Review existing processes in high-risk areas;

3. To investigate and help resolve control issues as they arise
during the day to day operations of the business. To help install
control procedures arising from such daily operational problems;

4. Also to assist financial planning & reporting team for
specific reporting requirement, including regular sample testing of
general ledger etc.;

5. Systematically collect information both financial and operational
and supervise operational budget, forecast and performance variance
tracking;

6. Adopt the methods of integrated performance assessment; and set up and operate an advanced performance evaluation system;

7. Coordinate with division & regional finance team in new package development; cost setting; management reporting etc;

8. Other tasks to be assigned time by time



Requirements:

a) University graduate majored in Accounting/Finance

b) Minimum two year relevant work experience

c) Strong knowledge in Accounting/Finance

d) Have good communication and coordination skills

e) Energetic and highly motivated team player

f) Hard working and stable

g) Deadline orientated and team work spirit
