职位描述/Position Description：
负责指导和管理区域经理和区域内的经销商，收集和分析区域市场信息，完成公司下达的各项经营管理目标。
Responsible for the management of the zone seniors and dealers, collection and analysis of regional market information, complete the company's sales targets assigned

主要职责/Major Responsibilities :
? 管理／指导本大区内的区域经理，负责大区的日常管理和队伍建设，制定区域经理月度工作计划，并负责召集和组织区域的经销商会议
Responsible for directing and managing the zone seniors ,and team building of zone seniors, making the monthly working plan of zone senior, organize the regional conference
? 制定、贯彻、落实各项经营发展计划，管理本大区的年度／月度批发零售业绩，实现大区的经营管理目标
Guidance and management of regional objectives, to promote the regional dealers implement the company's sales policy and stated objectives
? 对区域经理的工作进行评价，并协助制定和实施绩效改善计划。指导区域经理开展区域市场促销活动，提高区域市场销量及占有率
Appraisal of zone senior and help them to improve. Help zone senior to implement regional promotion, enhance the rate of sales for the regional market
? 组织和管理区域经理定期收集、分析区域市场和竞争对手产品、价格、销售策略等信息
Collection, analysis of regional markets and competitors products, prices, marketing strategies and other information
? 组织和管理地区经销商协会，维护区域价格及市场稳定，提升客户满意度
Organize and manage the regional meeting, keep the price stability of the region, and enhance the SSI of region
? 定期或不定期的与总公司联络，汇报及交流人员、业务、工作进展等信息
Report to the general company on time about the work development

任职条件/Qualifications:
? 管理和/或教育学历（学士水平）
Management and / or educational qualifications (Bachelor’s degree)
? 拥有良好的英文书面和口语表达能力, 可进行良好沟通
Excellent written and spoken English;
? 具有五年以上主流汽车主机厂工作经验，具有丰富的领导经销商和大区销售团队的经验
Five or more years experience in automotive industry, with regional management experience
接受长期出差工作安排
Accept the long-term evection mission work
? 精通Excel, Word and PowerPoint等办公软件
Excellent Microsoft Office skill
