职位描述/Position Description：

To ensure the implementation of DS CRM Policy through customer programs and activities ; manage the CRM agencies; manage the customer complaints and inquiries.

通过客户项目和活动确保DS客户关系政策的得以执行；管理CRM代理商；管理客户投诉和客户咨询。

主要职责/Major Responsibilities :

1. Developing CRM policies, standards and procedures for the DS organization and dealership network.

制定DS品牌厂商方面和经销商方面客户关系管理政策、标准和流程

2. Coordinate with other functional departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, ) to jointly roll-out campaigns and programs through CRM agencies.

和其它业务部门进行合作（如销售部、市场部），通过CRM代理商配合公司各项活动的实施。

3. Define scope and implement loyalty programs, such as DS Club
构想并实施客户忠诚度项目，如DS俱乐部

4. Manage and monitor performance of CRM agencies, such as DS Call Center ,agency of the club,etc.
管理CRM业务的外包代理商，如DS呼叫中心和俱乐部的代理商等。

5. Follow up cases complaint cases escalated from Call Centre and Dealerships; Provide complaint case statistic to the management periodically.

跟进从经销商和呼叫中心升级到总部的重大投诉;定期向公司管理层提供客诉及结案统计信息。

6. Working with other colleagues and dealers during tough situations to acquire appropriate resolution for the customers and the company.

遇到严峻形势时，和其它相关部门同事合作，为客户和公司解决棘手问题。

7. Leads managements and analysis: Integrate customer data collected by various of departments; centralize management of customer information, and analyse customer value.

销售线索管理和分析：集成来自可业务部门的客户数据，集中管理客户信息，分析客户的价值。

8. According to customer information, classification analysis and management, to provide data to support market activity.

对客户信息进行分类分析以进行管理，并为公司的市场活动提供信息支持。

9. Assist and handle special projects and tasks.

协助公司和部门的其它项目和任务。

10. Team Development and management : recruit team members ; lead, supervise and develop staff in the team.

团队发展和管理：招聘下属成员并履行管理和监督职责。

任职条件/Qualifications:

1. Skills –general skills, personality traits

· Excellent customer orientation 客户导向型

· With strong teamwork spirit 团队意识

· Good analytical skills 较好的分析能力

· Quick learning ability快速学习能力

· Strong sense of responsibility 强烈的责任感

· Result oriented ,with strong problem solving skills 结果导向，较强的问题结局能力

· Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 熟练操作Office软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral 中英文流利，可听说读写

2. Experience and education

· Bachelor or above in business, economics, or related majors 本科及以上学历，管理学、经济学或其它相关专业

· 2-4 years relevant working experience in auto industry 2-4年汽车行业相关工作经验

· Preferably in auto industry with customer care experience; call center provider experience would be an advantage 具有汽车行业客户关怀相关经验或呼叫中心经验者优先

· CRM project experience in Consulting firm would be a plus 有咨询公司CRM项目经验者优先
