职位描述/Job description：

·协助现场运营经理建立服务业务流程并持续改善，监督区域业务开展并对经销商运营状况和客户服务满意度负责；

Assistant Field Operation Manager to build-up internal service process and continuously enhance monitor regional business implementation and responsible for CSI improvement.

主要职责/Roles & responsibility：

·制定并掌握经销商服务考核指标(KPI)并深入分析及定期提交报告;

Constitute Service Management Assess Regulation for Dealers and provide the relevant reports regularly

·对经销商定期拜访并实施整改;

Periodic Visit Dealer and set down improvement action

·帮助经销商改善运营状况及提高服务业绩;

Take action to help dealer to improve business and expand service performance

·指导区域经理提升区域内经销商提高CSI;

Supervising field manager to help zone dealer to improve CSI

·向经销商贯彻实施DS服务政策;

Put DS’s service policy into practice in dealerships

·支持经销商达成备件销售任务

Support dealer to achieve the stipulated parts target

·收集市场信息;

Collect market information

任职条件/qualifications：

·大学本科或同等学力, 车辆工程/管理专业;

University graduate in automobile engineering or management

·3年以上汽车厂家售后区域服务工作经验;

Over 3 years vehicle service area experience

·熟练运用办公软件;

Be familiar with Office software such as MS excel ,word

·英语听说流利;

Fluent spoken English and listening skill
