职位描述 Position Description：

承担部分经销商培训的实施，负责各项培训开发的管理与监督，以及经销商培训需求的调研。
Take part of the implementation of dealer training, and is responsible for the management and supervision of training development, as well as dealer training needs research.

? 经销商培训需求调研dealer training needs research
? 培训开发管理与监督Training development management and supervision
? 培训开发计划确立与跟踪Training development program establishing and tracking
? 培训开发供应商的寻找与评估Training development agency searching
? 培训开发进度的跟进与管控Follow-up and control of the development progress
? 培训开发的质量监督Training development quality supervision
? 培训开发成果的收集与保存Training development results collection and preservation

任职条件 Qualifications：

? 至少3年以上中高端汽车经销商工作经验At least 3 years of high-end automobile dealer work experience
? 至少2年以上汽车行业培训工作经验At least 2 years of automotive industry training experience
? 形象气质优秀excellent image and temperament
? 自信、口才好、逻辑思维严谨 Self-confidence, good eloquence, strict logical thinking
? 精通汽车产品知识，知识面广proficient knowledge of automotive products, broad knowledge
? 大学本科毕业 Bachelor degree
? 基础的英语口头与书面交流技能 Basic English oral and literal communication skill
? 精通PPT课件开发 Good at PPT development
? 有豪华品牌工作经验者优先Previous experience in a premium brand is a plus
? 有驾照者优先With driving license is preferred

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
