The SAT II/IB Teacher is responsible for ensuring student to achieve high marks in SAT II or IB tests. Responsibilities include one on one and seminar class instruction for teaching subjects’ knowledge points, reviewing test content, analyzing model or real test and evaluating student progress.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Teach group classes of at least 15 students / class
2. Provide tutoring for 1 on 1 student
3. Approx. 20~25 teaching hours / week (not including prep time)
4. Lesson planning, keeping track of students’ progress in class via progress reports and uploading student grades to the subjects’ director
5. Providing guidance for students during work time
6. Help to develop additional strategies for improving students’ performance
7. Student progress conference evaluation and assessment
8. Communicating and sharing teaching experiences with other subjects teachers
9. Performing other duties as needed

Requirements:
1. At least a B.A./B.S. from a major accredited university
2. Previous teaching experience (> 2 years preferably)
3. Native-level English reading, writing, and speaking ability
4. Chinese language ability is a plus
5. 750/800 on SAT II Math/ Physics tests
6. 5 scores on IB Math/ Physics tests
7. Ability to work in stressful situations and under pressure
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Good listening skills
