Responsibilities：
1. Hosting new students'orientation class, teaching & implementing the study method.
负责新学员的入门课，教授学习方法
2. Prepared & teaching beginner、basic level oral classes & parts of complementary classes.
教授低级别口语课和部分补充课
3. Fullowing up students' courses, providing study advice,helping students to reaching their study goal
跟踪学员课程，提供学习建议并帮助学习达成学习目标
4. Driving students retention and contribute to referrals or renewals.
负责学员的维护，辅助销售开展学员推荐和续约工作
5. Supporting various students'activies or events.
支持学员各种活动工作
6. Regular report and attending the department meeting, training,etc.
定期汇报、参加部门例会、培训等


Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in English Education or related
本科学习英语教育或相关专业
2. Standard pronunication、fluent oral English ability and proficient communication skills in English
发音标准、英语口语沟通流利
3. Over one year working experience in teaching or teaching assistant
一年以上教学或助教工作经验
4. Responsible,service-oriented and teamwork spirited.
