Job Description

Assist National QSHE Manager in the responsibilities listed as below:



？ Assure that the KN QSHE (Quality, Safety and Health, Environment + Security) Management System is followed in all levels of the organization

？ Establish, manage, implement and maintain all documentation for country level and control of any changes according to QSHE requirements, policy of the company and local laws & regulations, prevent injury, reduce professional liabilities and property loss

？ Communicate, provide guidance and support with regard to corporate standards and communicate relevant policies, guidelines, practices and information to relevant departments

？ Coordinate and accompany external audit e.g. Third party audits, customer, vendor, government, etc.

？ Perform subcontractor evaluation in line with corporate and national instructions and prepare the relevant reports.

？ Track TIP (Tool to Improve Processes), promote usage, proper analysis and reporting and ensuring corrective/preventive actions are implemented

？ Conduct/ coordinate QSHE training

？ Responsible for publishing and maintaining all updated news regarding quality in KNet under local QSHE page

？ Support sales in new business review. Interpret and implement all client and regulatory requirements regarding to HSE + security issues. Administer safety and regulatory compliance for new business start-up.

？ Recommend and propose for any improvement in all QSHE aspects




Requirements to Candidates

？ Bachelor Degree (legal, compliance, IT preferred)

？ Experience in logistics or transportation industry

？ Knowledge of ISO standards, legislation and industry practices

？ Excellent command in English and Chinese

？ Leadership and managerial skill

？ Highly proactive & Self-starter and fast learner

？ Well-organized and details oriented, excellent problem solving skill

？ Ability to prioritize and organize workload & meet deadline under pressure
