Responsibilities:
Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
Participate in Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Design Validation (DV), Production Validation (PV) and process launch teams.
Create and maintain documentation for product/process change management.
Assess effectiveness of plant-wide quality systems including training for ongoing improvements.
Implement and maintain quality systems.
Work closely with customer representatives and insure that major customer complaints are resolved.
Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers.
Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action.
Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas.
Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision making skills.
Requirement:
Good in Chinese and English.
Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision making skills (Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
Out Spoken personality, good interpersonal and team player skills.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9002 and QS 9000.
6 Sigma experience or equivalent.
Experience with automotive quality-related activities such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE) and FMEA.
3-5 years manufacturing experience.
