Responsibilities

1. Work with SMT Production/Engineering for SMT quality improvement.
2. Customize IPC Standard to realize electronics plant practice
3. Follow customer quality to deal with customer complains which founde defect from SMT process
4. Follow up all the quality system requirement to make SMT section compliance.
5. Work with process engineering to develop SMT process for new coming project's APQP
6. Communicate events, problems and reports to partners in plants.



Competencies

Knowledge of PCBA process and quality standards (TS16949).
Familiar with TS16949 Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, SPC, MSA, 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, GD&T etc.


Education & Working Experience

Educational: Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or its equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a mechanical industrial environment, preferably quality control in automotive industry.
Experience in dealing with suppliers.
