Major Responsibilities主要职责:
1. Drive eQOS target for internal and external quality to ensure the quality performance reaches the target of safety electronics
2. Setup and maintain 11 color quality system in production lines and ensure a stable process quality control.
3. Quick response to problem solving which occurs in customer or internal processes following QRCM procedure and 8D to meet customer’s requirement.
4. Focus on the process quality improvement through quality data analysis, team work of problem solving and regular quality audits.
5. Organize and conduct process and product audits, LPA, ESD audit and G54 audit;
6. Participate in new project launch and ensure PPAP submission on time.
7. Lead a team of CQE and CQT, and establish standardize quality strategy EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Educational:
Technical degree or Bachelor Engineering degree.
Experience: 5-8 years manufacturing experience on customer quality related, Metal Assembly products, Experienced at Automotive quality-related activities such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D.

KEY COMPETENCIES:
1.Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9002 and QS9000 and TS16949.
2.Familiar with QS9000 Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, SPC, MSA, 8D, Control Plan, FMEA.
