Main aim of job:
- Manage all related products quality issue after SOP regarding to the 0km and field problem.
- Support customer team to deal with Project quality issues before SOP.
- Adheres to Brose SHN & Brose Group Quality Policy.
- Monitoring process quality status of Motor assembly
- Lead and participate continual improvement of Motor assembly process
Job description:
- Responsible contact for all those customer quality issues with all concerned customs after SOP.
- Bring all customer complains regarding to the 0km and field problems to the plant and respond quickly to customer.
- Organize problem resolving regarding to customer complains.
- Responsible provide 8D report to the customer for Brose product quality problems.
- Support customer team to communicate with customer concerning quality problems.
- Support central production to improve product quality.
- Improve channels of communication between Brose SHN and customers with problem-solving and resolution.
- Communicate all necessary follow-up actions need.
- Participates in product related meetings between Brose and customer if necessary.
- Responsible to organize to close customer quality issues in SAP.
- Report regularly for customer quality data regarding to 0km and field.
- Internal support each customer team and production team with customer quality issues, as need.
- Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose which assigned by manager
Job requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a Mechanical field
- Good communication skill with internal and external.
- Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods
- Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use
- Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology
- Be familiar with Door system product.
- APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D
- 3-5 years related working experience
