Sales Engineer-Electric Power Steering and Driver Transmition Autuator

Main aim of job:

- Market study & business development

- Find new opportunity & develop new business in automotive electric motor (S&DTA) field to meet company business growth

Job description:

- Take care of the offer and negotiation with customer.

- Solve problems and work on profit improvement, handle technical changes.

- Organize the review of contracts and documents (order, purchasing conditions and guarantee conditions, etc.)

- Observe, analyze and evaluate the market with regard to sales potential, competitor activity as well as work out the annual sales plan.

- Observe the development of customers, discover and influence the target of customer in marketing, development and purchasing.

- Develop and take care of key customers

- Take care of the ending of mass production, as well as planning and working out the replacement order

- Take care of SAP data and evaluate business (Target/ actual comparison, price development, vehicle-data)

- Market & Competitors status analysis regulation

Job requirement:

- Bachelor of mecanical or electrical engineering /business adminstratyion

- Basic knowledge in DC brush & brushless motor

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in automotive industry

- Skilled in negotiation techniques

- Basic technical knowledge of related products and automotive technology

- Creative individual with a vast knowledge of design concepts and principles. Ability to motivate others and have a high attention detail. Excellent communicator and superior organizational skills needed.

- Fluent English
